When are you open? Do I need an appointment?

Restore Health Urgent Care is open 7 days a week, Mon-Fri 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sat-Sun 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We are a walk-in clinic so no appointment is needed; however, patients can reserve a time to be seen in advance of arriving to ensure the quickest medical care possible on the day and time that best fits their schedule.

What can urgent care centers treat?

Generally, we can treat everyday injuries and illnesses. Restore Health Urgent Care can treat everything from colds, flu and cuts to fractures, sprains and some dislocations. We provide immunizations, sports physicals, EKGs and X-rays. We perform minor surgical procedures, such as stitches. We also administer IV fluids and labs.

What about insurance?

Most major insurance is accepted, but is not required. Restore Health offers discounts for self-pay, as well as a Medical Membership Program that allows our patients to be treated for less than $1 a day and $25 per visit per visit for the majority of reasons patients seek medical attention.

How does urgent care compare with ERs and primary care physicians on wait times?

The average Emergency Room visit lasts approximately 212 minutes.
The average Restore Health Urgent Care visit lasts less than one hour.
The average wait time to make an appointment with a primary care physician is often more than 20 days.

How does urgent care compare with ERs on cost?

The average cost difference between an ER visit and an urgent care visit is approximately $373.
The CDC reports that there were more than 85 million patients who made unnecessary ER visits. Had they opted to visit an urgent care, the patients, insurers and system could have saved more than $40 billion.

But what about quality of care?

Restore Health Urgent Care offers a highly trained medical team. All providers are current and up to date with any special credentialing or training requirements. State of the art equipment and facilities are routinely commended for cleanliness and functionality, all of which contribute to a high-quality health care experience.
